Shawn has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of call center leadership including industries such as travel, major package delivery, and health insurance.  Starting on the front lines and progressing into leading and developing large teams, this eventually took Shawn into developing teams that would grow into 7+ figure call centers. Understanding the struggles you may be having and the situations you are dealing with on a daily basis, Shawn will guide you through the best resources to scale your business. He has been in the trenches and understands what you need to be successful... so what are you waiting for? When Shawn is not busy helping his clients scale, you may find him on the golf course as he is an avid golfer, a huge fan of the MLB and the NFL, and, of course, let's of course not forget his alma mater (Arizona State Sun Devils).
